The figure-3 hereafter is a spiral galaxy with 4 spiral branches given by computation of a mathematic function.
The simulation is done with the same above process. On the figure-3, the real simultaneous positions at {t0} are given in blue lines. The recorded image on Earth is is drawn in black lines.
It is difficult to see here some difference. But really the mathematic spiral function is not the same. And the actual recorded patterns are thus quite different and deformed. These figures cannot be precisely described with a mathematical function.
The deformations seem not obvious comparing to the results of astronomical observations, when the photos of galaxies are not a high resolution one.

However, considering the numerous different galaxy observations, one cannote can not that their common charracteristics are a constant regular symmetry of their star distribution. Because on the above figure-3, when there is a delay due to the light celerity, the deformation of the symmetry is remarkably very pronounced in the galaxy center aera.
Conclusion:
On can say that if the luminous points of the galaxies come toward us with a constant speed, we should only observed nearly spiral galaxy patterns et non real regular spiral galaxies.
In the case of a constant light speed through the cosmos, measurements of different galaxy characteristics cannot be precise. It is thus for the rotation, the real form, the matter density. There are no possible corrections for these mesurements as long as one cannot know an a priori real form of these galaxies. Therefore, there is a deep doubt on the mass estimation.

With the constant light celerity, the spiral branches of the M83 galaxy should appear higly distorted, in the center part as in figure-4. M83 is seen here with two branches of spirals, the left and the right one. Particularly the center of image in white color should appears as an ellipse laterally stretch and more flat than the general elliptic form of the whole. But on this photograph one can see only a well regular symmetry of the two entire spirals. It is similarly for all the recent spiral visible galaxies.
We do not notice here some variation of the star density from the North to the South axe. This dilution of concentration should be the phenomena of the delays if a Speed Limit is effective.
Another important remark is the fact that if there is a Limit of signal celerity, the light coming from each stars in this set should be completely mixed in positions. The result is that the image will be blurred. From this rule, one can say that there is no light celerity limit because in this case, we should not distinguish these fine lines that clearly separate and allow resolving the different curvatures of the spirals.
Conclusion
The simulation of the triangular galaxy form of the figure-2, shows clearly that if a light celerity is imposed in the cosmos, there will be no precise form determination of heavenly systems.
About the effect of a limit of speed, there is a great doubt concerning the truth of the hypothesis. Because, observations of the heavenly bodies concern mostly high symmetric formation of galaxies.
There is a high presumption that astronomical observations do not corroborate the constant light celerity hypothesis.
Therefore, if the light celerity is constant, we should observe distorted spiral galaxies. Then no measurements can be performed on these objects.
We can coclude that the Relativity law of a light celerity limit in the cosmos is not corroborated by the numerous galaxy observations.
And in another way, if there is really a constant light celerity in the cosmos, any measurements on remote heavenly bodies should be not valid, if there is no knowledge on the real Geometric spatial distributions of the galaxy components.
Another Consequences of a maximum light celerity.
If there is a maximum light celerity then astronomers should observe image of PARTIAL celestial objects. Because with a delay as a function of the heavenly body dimension, there is necessarily some objects that we can get only the first part of its image, the one that is nearest and the remainder is not yet recorded because of its delay. It suffices for this phenomenon that the heavenly object has a diameter of some ten years light celerity and that these objects were born since some ten years. These are the numerous cases for nebula of star formations and also for the case of supernova that are green since some millenaries.
So, provide that retardations are only function of the object dimensions if there is a maximum light celerity then there are numerous partial heavenly object images! Are these really the results of astronomic observations?
In summary
The results of this study on the form of galaxies, emphasized alternately as conclusions:
1) - If one observes well defined forms for galaxies, this means that necessarily an assumption of a Limited Speed in the universe is IMPOSSIBLE.
2) - On the other hand, if really there is a law of a Maximum Speed in the universe then, one cannot observe a well-defined forms for any galaxy. In this case one should observed a galaxy as an image of the nebula type.
However,... the job is not easy for astronomers
For a galaxy, the speed of rotation is not very sensitive. Also, the
perception of the existence of the possible distortions are not very well defined with the weak sensitivity of measures obtained by available instruments. It is not yet possible to send a controllable robot, in the stellar space for astronomic observation.
However, for celestial bodies that could have high rotation speeds, a
deformation would be pronounced due to a speed limit of the light. These are illustrated in the two next figures when an arbitrarily non
negligible speed of rotation is supposed for the observed body approximately 1/30 of the luminous speed.

In this case, there are no longer spirals and the preceding figure in black line, is in fact only illusions of spirals...

spiral curvatures are here only diagrams. Really, there are only star groups distributed in spiral beams. Diagrams are here for an easy form distortion emphasizes if a Speed Limit is realistic. The deformation shown in this figure-5 allows concluding that when a galaxy has rotated more than one cycle, in the case of a Speed Limit in the universe, a galaxy should be seen in a general circular form but like a blurred diffuse luminous source. But on figure-6-1 are shown what are real deformations if one supposes four successive recording of one complete image. Then the final fourth recording is then highly deformed image. This is what should be a real distortion according to the law of a Limit of speed in the universe. Because the fourth recording is actually the summation distortion of four displacements. In this figure-6-1, the angular speed of this galaxy is given as a {6/10,000} of the light celerity and the total displacement is about a quarter circle.
We can't observe this phenomenon because such data need approximately some 1 million of light celerity years. But this allows to predict, if a Speed Limit is real, then a galaxy old of a half cycle rotation, may appears as a circular nebula because of star placement distortion. Surely, in all the heavenly bodies of the Milky Way, there is some ones that have the same elliptic as this galaxie. The Earth is not in this cas e. Simply because the matter condensation process, started from the one global cloud of elemental matters. This cloud is necessarry a near spherical volume. When interaction begun ther are first linear motion that are creating from the initial volume of no-motion matter. According to the Martter Matter Conservation, these motions goes necessarry to condense toward a center, the futur galaxiy center. The ecliptic plane of a heavenly system is the proof that heavenly bodies are formed by condensation process from a cloud of elemental matter and not by central gravitational force. Also, it can be verified that there is no particular distribution in the so numerous giant globular clusters of stars. If a delay of light is effective, a spherical globular may be seen as a nearly closed parenthesis due to the distortion of star concentration. e) - I have noted before the same vapor density that remains in the atmosphere of these same regions, before and after this alarm. However its duration is less and seems having lower vapor density.
