This is a correct physiqcal model.
However, the force in liquid that push the elevator buble, is not really a force of inertia. Because out of the liquid surface, there is not any iniertie. According to Newton's gravitational law, there is a force pulling two masses toward a central point. From there all the universe matter location are calcuted as attraction between at least two object masses.

But one can state that this law is not real phenomena description. Real law must describe object distribution in space as equilibrium between potential and kinetic energy. Potential means that any object location is determined by its rest point and its kinetic energy. Then, any object is a system with a particular determined amount of total energy. This total system energy traduces the maximum volume around its rest point where this object can be localized. Why observations show always heavenly systems that have at least two objects and that seem to corroborate the masses gravitation?

There exist always multi-object systems as the Solar system for example. However, this not due to the mass attractions. The multi-object system is only due to the matter condensation process. Because matter goes in condensation during contact interaction between objects. From these interactions the futur rest point of the system is formed accoring to an average of all the kinetic motion of each object. The rest point is a central point produced by average interaction phenomenon. From there it is too obvious to state a dummy erronneous theory of Central Universal Gravitation law.
